A flair for high style and exacting attention to detail: meet Courtney. In February of 2007, Courtney began with Colwen as the new Director of Interior Design. She brings over 10 years experience as an Interior Designer and possesses comprehensive knowledge of her field. Her skills include master planning, budgeting, and project management. Courtney has the ability to interpret client needs while staying within budget—all while delivering personal, hands-on service.
Prior to joining Colwen, Courtney began her design career in the Healthcare Industry for a senior housing development company. Looking to broaden her horizons and take on new challenges, she then moved to the hospitality industry where she has found her niche. Courtney has succeeded in this field for the last 8 years and has an abundance of hotel and restaurant designs under her belt--working with independent restaurant owners in addition to both the Hilton Hotel and Marriott Hotel brands.
Courtney holds a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Hartford.
