Meet our very first employee! Kim began as Colwen’s first hire in 1997 as the Director of Sales for the Residence Inn in Foxborough, MA. After several years generating and maintaining business for the new hotel, she advanced to Assistant General Manager. Kim then became the General Manager of the hotel in 2001, and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2006.
Today, Kim is responsible for the sales effort of the entire company--hiring and training new sales associates, providing daily and weekly support, conducting market studies for new properties, and analyzing revenue for all hotels.
Kim holds a degree in Marketing from Bentley College, and has receiving the following distinctions: Revenue Manger of the Year, Operations Creativity Award, and Gold Level of the Golden Circle Program.
