Joan joined Colwen in 2005 as Human Resources Manager. In that capacity, she carried out the daily activities of HR--including benefit administration, associate relations, and training and development. She advanced to Director of Human Resources in 2007.
Prior to joining Colwen, Joan worked for Marriott International for 15 years in a variety of positions, including Front Office Manager and Rooms Operations Manager. She is a graduate of Rivier College with a degree in Elementary Education.
