Michael brings over 13 years of experience to Colwen Management. He began his career as the Front Office Manager for the full-service Sheraton Long Island. As he progressed, Michael advanced to Assistant General Manager of the Residence Inn by Marriott, and then in 2008, to Director of Loss Prevention for Colwen Management.
Now Michael serves as the liaison between Colwen and Wausau Insurance Companies. He initiates investigations of losses of hotel assets, follows up on all reported incidents, plans safety training and hotel inspections, and implements a departmental orientation programs for every associate.
Michael holds a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from the New York Institute of Technology. He lives with his wife Jennifer on the North Shore of Long Island.
